Northern California Border Collie Rescue & Adoptions, Inc (aka NCBCRA or norcalbcresue.com) is comprised of network of volunteer foster families who give of their time, energy, and resources to rescue border collies from shelters within our service area and help place them into new homes where they will be well cared for and loved. We do not have a physical location, we conduct our business online through our website. Northern California Border Collie Rescue & Adoptions is a California based non-profit corporation with 501(c)(3) tax exempt status from the Internal Revenue Service.
