Hard to say as the families move around on a daily basis. There is a group in the Botanic Gardens and assuming thats why you asked specifically in this location then most sightings that Im aware of are around Swan Lake and the wetlands areas feeding it. The list of other families and other locations is best asked in the forms where you can get links given for following them
The Botanic Gardens themselves are not ticketed. The National Orchid Gardens within are ticketed (5SGD per adult for permanent residents and citizens, 15SGD for visitors)
