This is a beautiful lake. Crystal clear water. The water is cold in winter but it’s still worth the stop to catch some sun. There’s a 1 hour cruise from the boat area.Full review by TravelingBum52
Yes it is. There is a marina with docks and a boat launch. There is also some shore line but don't know if you have to pay to use the shore line or if it is for free public use.

I did not partake of the cruise but I think it is 25 per, parking pass for the day if you launch. Boat or use the picnic areas is 8 a day for a carload not per person
