If you want to go to the boat then it will take longer. I would recommend 3 to 4 hours. If you take a picnic lunch, there is a small picnic area outside the back door of the main building which is very quiet and has tables. It is best to go to the Animal Forest early in the morning. Most of the animals sleep during the day so if you want to see them you need to go when they are being fed. There is a tram that takes you to the boat.
