To my knowledge, there is no public road that loops the monument. Remember that this is on Navajo land… the general public is not permitted to travel some roads. The road is …

To my knowledge, there is no public road that loops the monument. Remember that this is on Navajo land… the general public is not permitted to travel some roads. The road is open when the monument is open. At the monument, each state is clearly marked.
