You can book this tour on Viator and print from home, even though you may use the app, you may not have cell service, so I highly recommend printing from home before you leave. It will give you directions on where to meet the tour. I book all of our tours on Viator and we have never had any issues and have always had a wonderful guide. Hello, audio-guide pricings, etc., are on the listing link to them. It's not crowded so there's no need for pre-booking, just turn up. There is a flight of maybe a dozen stairs up to the entrance, I don't recall access for wheelchairs but I think the crypt would be difficult to negotiate. Hope this helps?
