24th Infantry is not located at Fort Stewart.

I do not think they are there anymore. There are some old units from the 24th INF but most were reflagged or deactivated during the 90's

Yes you can. Just head over to the visitor center to get gate and installation access. Just make sure everyone over the age of 16 has a valid picture ID.
