I'm sorry I do not know the daily entrance fees for the museum. My daughter-in-law has a yearly membership. We are listed on the guest list and do not pay a daily entrance fee. Since we visit the museum often, it is well worth the yearly membership fee.

Does this Museum have enough to do to keep a preschooler (4-5 years old) entertained for 2-3 hours?

Yes, the kids can play, walk and view multiple exhibits over a 2-3 hour period. Various animals, butterflies, space shuttles, the veteran's exhibit and walking trails are examples.
