When will the walking trail be completely open. Or when will the construction be completed so that people will be able to walk the complete trail arround the lake. Will it ever be open again for a complete walk. Without the hideous 8 feet walls that make it impossible to complete the Lake Scranton walk!!! Please have the curtesy of giving the public a honest answer.......
