The grounds are clean, friendly, and well maintained. We have community events, drawings, and a plethora of fun activities to keep our community involved and included. We are very pet-friendly, so please bring your fur-babies along with you! This community has many amenities including a pool, laundry room, basketball court and playground. We also have a community center which is a great place to hold events. All of the convenience of city living without the noise, crowds and traffic. Life in Sunnydale is quiet and pleasant, but close enough to Seattle that you can get there easily on your day off.
