We have no bird hides on site but the site is good for bird watching, particularly during Spring and Summer. The lower Teggsnose Wood has nesting Pied Flycatcher and Redstart and the top of the park is home to Whitethroats with Buzzards and Raven seen regularly.

Yes, there is a route which is accessible to prams and wheelchairs but it is a mixture of sandstone rough paths and some grass.
