The Tennessee Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC) is the state agency that regulates all phases of the alcoholic beverage industry in Tennessee. The duties of the Commission include regulating manufacturing, importing, distribution, storage and sales of alcoholic beverages within the state. The TABC has offices in Nashville, Chattanooga, Memphis and Knoxville. Russell Thomas was appointed Executive Director of the Commission in 2019.
