I have a 10 year old , would this be a problem for the glass blowing class, preferably the $65.00 one?

I would not take toddlers into the shop; it's tight in there and EVERYthing is breakable. But I think that a 10-year-old could take a glass blowing class -- assuming a normal 10-year-old. You know you're kid. Materials are hot; there is some danger. If your kid listens and follows instructions and demonstrates care, then s/he'll be fine. If your kid isn't good about staying still, following instructions, etc., then NO.
I wonder if they'll special make waterpipes? For like tobacco consumption?

Hello! For the Blow Your Own Glass Experience, you can choose between 6 different shapes right now. You can make a paperweight, flower, ornament, sea float globe, small bowl or pumpkin. In the Private Lesson, participants make a average total of 5 pieces. Because it's a longer class, you have more flexibility in the choice of shapes. Feel free to email us directly or call at 206-448-2181 if you have any other questions! We hope to see you in the Studio for a class!
What are the charges for shipping your creations internationally? Your website mentioned that you ship the pieces we create. Thanks.

From memory, and don't quote me, I think it cost me about $60 to ship 2 pieces to Australia. They were well padded and arrived in perfect condition. I do not know if that cost was based on weight, or size of box, so I don't know what it would have cost to send all my pieces (the paperweights were quite heavy so I took them in hand luggage padded inside socks - and yes, got pulled up by Customs because they looked strange but showed them to the Customs guy and he was very interested in their story and of course allowed them through) I only chose to ship the two items I thought most likely to break in my luggage. Definitely, I do Not regret that I shipped them!
