Although the van is large that you take, it is not an ADA Accessible vehicle. That being said, the tour company is amazingly nice, so I would just call them up and explain the situation, and see what can be done to help facilitate you. If I remember correctly, none of the restaurants were unaccessible for those that need a wheelchair.
