Does anyone know how late the Kamerlengo Fortress is open? I will be visiting Split in late September and don't know if I'll be able to get there during the daylight. If it closes after dark, is it still possible to climb to the top or at least walk around the exterior? Thanks for any info you can share!

Thanks, pondga. I did manage to visit and loved both it and the town! I think my next trip to Croatia will be based in Trogir. Hope you enjoyed it, too!
