is terracotta warriors exhibit open at 10? is admission only allowed at ticket time?

Not sure about the open time. It should be posted on the web site. We had tickets during the week when they were not busy and they allowed us to go in early.
How critical is timing? If I purchase tickets for 12:30, but arrive in Richmond earlier, or get stuck in traffic and arrive later, will there be an issue?

I doubt that would be a problem Not sure what exhinit your tickets are for but if the timing turns out to require you to go in for a tour at a precise time and you happen to be early , …
I doubt that would be a problem Not sure what exhinit your tickets are for but if the timing turns out to require you to go in for a tour at a precise time and you happen to be early , there's lots more to see other than the special exhibits. When we went in early December to see the Terracota Warriors, it was very relaxed. No time pressure.
