Hello, to avoid possible confusion, my review was about the Highwalks, not the Barbican Centre. If the point of your interest is the former, there are several access points by lift, for example along the London Wall either at 120 Moore House or at the next tower at 1 London Wall Place. I vaguely recall seeing a lift also at the Barbican tube station. I am sure there must be others as well. Cheers, Al

Centre block, front rows is best for acoustics of the hall. Great view and extra sound performance. I was told that when I booked some tickets by the ticket agent. Enjoy!
