Moody Air Force Base is a United States Air Force installation near Valdosta, Georgia. The base is mostly in northeastern Lowndes County, Georgia, with a portion in Lanier County. Georgia State Route 125 runs through the western side of the base, leading southwest 11 miles to the center of Valdosta and northeast 6 miles to Ray City.
