Unfortunately it is fully enclosed / surrounded in 5meter metal building fencing. No idea when you will be able to visit or look at the building or sit in its gardens this yearFull review by stephencI3886II

The building, which is mostly empty sits across from Independence square. It has British architecture and stands prominently in the area. I don't believe you can go in it at any location.Full review by lucycan
