Hi Ryan! Honestly people wear lots of different things ... I've even seen jeans and a nice sweater. I always feel better if I dress up a bit. I wouldn't wear jeans, but it's a personal preference. I would say the show can affect this too - for example, just saw Rent there. It's a rock musical so there were more jeans. At Miss Saigon I expect people may be a bit more dressed up. Be you - be confident, you'll be fine. :)
It depends on where they are and what may be in the way. Ask the box office or stop in and see for yourself- I would recommend not buying limited view seats.
