Awful service recently, lots of delays. You pay so much for the travel card and you end up being late everywhere. Also, staff at Custom House are always on their phone. Easiest job ever.Full review by Razvan M

Ongoing severe delays and poor service. Missing stops completely without clear notice. Smaller stations are constantly deprioritised making it difficult to get where you need to go.Full review by Alice P
