Basically dawn to dusk. There is no visitor center building that closes at a certain time. The grounds do not have a fence or gate that closes, either, so basically open 24/7 although I don't know why anyone would want to go up there after sundown as you wouldn't be able to see anything and it would be dangerous to hike to Hoosier Ridge. Also, there are no reflectors, posts, or guard rails along the one lane gravel road so I would not recommend driving it after dark.
