There is limited parking at the park. However, there is a lot across from Wilbur Chocolate, and, across from the park. (They are next door to one another) There is no street parking on the 4th because Lititz has a charming little Independence Day parade that goes through town on the 4th of July. We were there on the 4th a few years ago. We parked in the lot across from Wilbur Chocolate. We went there first, then to the park. Then we sat in the back of our truck and watched the parade. It is such a lovely town, and, has a welcome "old days" atmosphere. If you will still be there on the night of the 4th, there will be a fireworks display in the park. I hope you have a great time!
