Fantastic views 360 degrees you can see for miles on a clear day , maybe not suited for disabled as steep hill to get to the tower ,free car parkingFull review by _gerryminicar

Are dogs allowed to go there

Yes no problem, its a public place when we visit there are cows in the field as you approach the tower so best if the dog was on a lead, great views and place to have a picnic
