This a family and or large group overnight dream stay. I have turned this awesome 5 BR Lake Front Home into a lake front rental destination to accommodate larger groups looking for a higher end amenity versus the standard overnight hotel in Santee. Lake Marion Waterfront Home! Stunning Views! Gorgeous Open Floor Plan! Over 5000 Sf Of Serenity And Peace Await You! Best panoramic and sunrise view on the Lake and a dock where we catch 20+ lb catfish every time we cast out a few lines. There are a total of 6 BR's and an additional kitchen, basically 2 houses in 1; however I live in what I call the Mother In Law Suite that has a separate entrance and is sectioned/locked off from the main house. I have two dogs that live with me, DASH a 10.5 year old Brittany Spaniel and LAKE a 1.5 year old, "not sure what he is, just a mutt" but he showed up here the day I moved in on Aug 4, 2019 as a little pup who was starving, I fed him and he's been with me since.
