Pointless place. Wait times are over 60 mins for rides, very difficult with young kids. Too many people. Over priced and crowded. Universal Studios LA does it better. Reservation staff are unhelpful.…Full review by Wander16305609603

Not as good as Universal in LA. Highly recommend spending the extra $100 to get the express pass. This pass entitles you to one queue jump per ride. Totally worth it and not too many people appear…Full review by MissKirstsTravels
Hello, I live in France and I will come to Singapore in 10 days. I would like to visit the universal studios but I have a disabled card because I cannot stand for long, what are the plans for queues?

Sorry but I cannot help you with this. The queues are very long for many rides. You may need to pay for a jump the queue ticket.
Accidentally booked 5 adult tickets instead of 2 adult and 3 kids since in there app there is no option to select kids. Klook wont refund or change the booking. Can my kids (5y/o, 8 y/o and 12y/o) still use the tickets?
