In the second round of the 2025 Charles Schwab Challenge, Ben Griffin and Matti Schmid each shot 7-under 63 to get to 11-under through 36 holes, sharing the co-lead heading into the weekend at Colonial Country Club.
Scheffler birdied his first two holes before a trio of pars. He then birdied Nos. 6 and 9 to make the turn in 31. He birdied the 10th before making a 15-footer for eagle on the 11th. Scheffler extended his cuts made streak to 55 on Friday in his home state of Texas. Xander Schauffele holds the active cuts made streak on the PGA Tour at 64.
