After more than six hours of negotiations Sunday, an agreement was reached that will keep Crozer Health open for the immediate future while a permanent restructuring of the system is solidified.

An agreement was reached after plans were in jeopardy to save Crozer Health and keep two Delaware County hospitals open, Pennsylvania Attorney General David Sunday, Jr. announced on Friday.

Prospect Medical Holdings said the closure process will start immediately. Emergency departments will go on divert Wednesday morning.
