Ed Policy began his tenure as the Green Bay Packers’ president/CEO by paying tribute to his predecessor. Policy officially took over for Mark Murphy on Friday as the NFL’s only publicly owned franchise held its annual shareholders meeting.

In 2023, the 24-year-old began establishing himself as a regular for the Packers. he didn’t start a game, but did play in 12 games. Then, last season, Rhyan received a larger role in helping protect Jordan Love as he started 17 games for Green Bay.

The Green Bay Packers make it a habit to sign players they identify as part of their core to second contracts. On rare occasions, they even sign players to a third contract.

The Packers locked in their right tackle, which could cause the Vikings to do the same. After Zach Tom inked a four-year extension, Brian O'Neill could be in line to cash in with Minnesota.

The Packers have all their draft picks signed in time for the start of camp July 23. Second-rounder Anthony Belton was the last to agree to terms.
