The Ravens agreed to a one-year deal with nose tackle John Jenkins, adding a veteran run stuffer to a defensive line that lacked bulk.

On Friday, the Ravens added more depth to the defensive line, signing John Jenkins to a one-year deal. Baltimore has looked to add more size inside after the departure of Michael Pierce to retirement. Jenkins joins a position group that includes Nnamdi Madubuike, Travis Jones, C.J. Okoye, and Jayson Jones.

After watching long-time nose tackle Michael Pierce ride off into retirement, the Baltimore Ravens have added some much-needed depth at the nose tackle position in the form of John Jenkins, the veteran tackle who most recently played for the Las Vegas Raiders.
