AAA will once again be working to keep Central Florida’s roads safer during the upcoming holiday weekend. Beginning May 23, the auto club will reactivate its “Tow to Go” service. The program was created to provide safe transportation for impaired drivers who are in a bind.

Despite some economic uncertainty, a record number of Americans are expected to hit the roads this Memorial Day Weekend, the traditional kick-off to the summer travel season.

With Memorial Day weekend quickly approaching AAA is gearing up to help more than 378,000 stranded drivers nationwide, but it’ also taking steps to prevent driving tragedies.
