Brazil has held Ecuador to a 0-0 draw in a South American World Cup qualifying game that marked Carlo Ancelotti’s debut as national team coach.

Carlo Ancelotti, the legendary Italian tactician and former Real Madrid boss, is set to lead the Selecao for the first time when Brazil takes on Ecuador.

Ecuador take on Brazil on Thursday, June 5, at the Estadio Monumental Banco Pichincha in Guayaquil, with kickoff set for 6 p.m. ECT local time in Ecuador. That makes it an 8 p.m. BRT in Brazil, an 7 p.m. ET or 4 p.m. PT kickoff in the US and Canada, a 12 midnight BST start in the UK and a 1 a.m. AEST kickoff in Australia on Monday.
