An injury will keep Caitlin Clark sidelined for Saturday’s Chicago Sky-Indiana Fever game at the United Center — and the momentum behind ticket sales shifted accordingly.

It is, presumably, only a short-term absence for Caitlin Clark of the Indiana Fever. And certainly, the WNBA is hoping that is the case, though quad injuries can be stubborn. But Clark suffered the injury on May 24, in the Fever's thrilling 90-88 loss to the New York Liberty, and the team said she would be re-evaluated in two weeks.

In the Indiana Fever's win over the Mystics on Tuesday, Brookside Christian grad Aari McDonald provided a defensive boost in her debut.
