Cloud bursts, flash floods, lightning strikes and building collapses caused fatalities in the hills and mountains of the province

The death toll from the recent flash floods in Pakistan's Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK) province has risen to 327, including more than a dozen children, in the past 48 hours, according to provincial authorities on Saturday.

Heavy rains have caused catastrophic flash floods in northwest Pakistan, leaving more than 300 people dead. The monsoon deluge hit the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa region with lethal force, leading to substantial loss of life and property.
