Kristy Scott Gilpin, 41, turned herself in at the Zachary Police Department on Monday according to an incident report obtained by PEOPLE.

Kristy Scott Gilpin (East Baton Rouge Sheriff's Office) Officials said the felony arrest warrant was issued after investigators reviewed surveillance video at the school.
