Wolves forward Matheus Cunha is still facing a potential Premier League ban after his altercation with a member of Ipswich Town’s security staff earlier this month. The 25-year-old was charged with misconduct by the Football Association last week over his part in the bust-up after Wolves’ 2-1 defeat at home to Ipswich on December 14.

While the manner of his goal was bizarre, if anyone was likely to score it, Matheus Cunha was that man. The Brazilian had actually tried the corner trick in the first-half but on that occasion, United escaped.
