Transitioning to a new coach and new clubs, Max Homa shot a 7-under 64 in the second round of the PGA Championship on Friday to vault himself into contention.

After his spectacular 64 on Friday, which vaulted him into a tie for third midway through the second round at the PGA Championship, Max Homa described a tricky situation that happened about three weeks ago with his coach John Scott Rattan.
