Proponents of congestion pricing praised the ruling as a win for New York and its economy. Eric Goldstein, a senior attorney with the Natural Resources Defense Council, said the ruling gives “some certainty and predictability” about congestion pricing sticking around.

Obviously congestion pricing wasn't going to be halted, but Judge Lewis Liman had some strong words for federal lawyers who claim the government can just change its mind every four years.
