El Phantasmo won the NJPW World TV Championship at NJPW Wrestle Kingdom 19, defeating Ren Narita, Jeff Cobb, and Ryohei Oiwa in a four-way match. The finish saw ELP break up Cobb's pin attempt on Narita, and then hit Thunder Kiss 86 on Narita to score the victory for himself.

Konosuke Takeshita won the NEVER Openweight Championship at NJPW Wrestle Kingdom 19, defeating Shingo Takagi. Takeshita picked up the victory with a roaring elbow followed by the Raging Fire. Takeshita remains the AEW International Champion. He will defend both titles against Tomohiro Ishii at NJPW x AEW Wrestle Dynasty on January 5th.
