Former NSYNC member Joey Fatone is returning to Broadway for the first time in two decades as part of the cast of & Juliet, the musical comedy “sequel” to Romeo and Juliet featuring the songs of Max Martin,

The NSYNC crooner will return to the City theater scene in the blockbuster jukebox musical “& Juliet” next year.

Fatone will star in a limited nine-week engagement, taking over from original Broadway cast member Paulo Szot through March 16, 2025. This isn’t the first star to join the cast of &Juliet. TikTok creator Charli D’Amelio will make her Broadway debut in the show beginning Oct. 29, ending her run just days before Fatone’s begins.

Fatone will begin performances on Jan. 21 for a limited nine-week engagement through March 16. He’s taking over the role from original cast member Paulo Szot. Fatone made his Broadway debut in 2002 as Mark Cohen in “Rent” and later played Seymour in “Little Shop of Horrors” in 2004.
