Oklahoma State utility player Tallen Edwards announced via X Monday night that she has decided to enter her name in the portal, that this decision wasn’t made lightly, and she believes there’s more waiting for her.

STILLWATER — Oklahoma State softball’s first loss to the transfer portal was a big one. Third baseman Tallen Edwards announced her decision to enter the portal Monday, a day after the Cowgirls ended their season at the Fayetteville Regional.

The Razorbacks and Cowgirls will play with a berth to the super regional round of the NCAA Tournament on the line. Oklahoma State must defeat Arkansas twice Sunday to avoid elimination. Arkansas will be in the away dugout and bat first today.
