The most notable part of the new Joy-Cons' design is the lack of colour on the external portion, which is seen in a black colourway. There's a blue coloured section that will slot in to the console, but it seems like that portion won't be visible when it is connected.

Nintendo hasn't announced the Switch 2 just yet, but we seem to now know one game that will be coming to the platform in the future.

Another wave of Nintendo Switch 2 leaks suggest the Joy-Cons have a new gimmick, as some convincing new images appear online.

Images posted online appear to show a detailed look at the Joy-Cons for the upcoming Nintendo Switch 2 console and a brand new "gimmick" has been spotted. The Joy-Cons appear to be largely similar to those for the current Switch console although the leaked Switch 2 ones seem to be bigger in size with larger shoulder buttons.

It’s been leak central for the Nintendo Switch 2 in the lead-up to the reveal in the coming few months, but our best leak of the updated Joy-Con has come in the way of a brand new photo. The new photos that match all previous leaks and looks extremely legitimate due to markings and serial numbers shows us a new black/blue Joy-Con.
