Sarah Isgur, a former Department of Justice spokesperson in the first Trump administration, cast doubt on President-elect Donald Trump's ability to bend the Supreme Court of the United States to his will with a bid to delay a law that would ban the TikTok social media platform.

The Biden administration on Friday afternoon urged the Supreme Court to leave in place a federal law that would require TikTok to shut down in the United States unless its parent company can sell off the U.

In 2020, he moved to ban the Chinese-owned app. Now, he is opposing the Biden administration’s effort to do just that.
