The U.S. president lashed out at the Kremlin on Tuesday as the White House continued to consider increasing sanctions against Russia.

Donald Trump has given Vladimir Putin a two-week deadline to act on his war in Ukraine or the US “will respond a little differently”. The American president has been pushing both Kyiv and Moscow to the negotiating table to try and end the three-year conflict quickly – even if that means Ukraine has to give up occupied land to its Russian aggressors.
