Air India Boeing 777 Refresh: Originally, the refit of the legacy B777 aircraft was scheduled to commence last year. However, the plan experienced delays due to supply chain-related issued.

The six leased Boeing 777-300 ER planes started joining Air India fleet in 2023. These aircraft have a four-class configuration of First, Business, Premium Economy and Economy seats.

Air India Boeing 777-300ER aircraft: The revamp was done in Singapore and it took 50 days. It comes with upgraded cabins, including a classy feel, new seats, new carpets, fixed broken seats and more.

Air India's plans to retrofit its older Boeing 777s with new cabin products has hit a snag after the airline disclosed "production constraints" with its seat suppliers.
