Inkosi Langalibalele Local Municipality congratulated the Estcourt matric class of 2023 at the 2024 Matric Excellence Awards held at Apex Boutique on Wednesday (January 24).

His bid to be released from the Estcourt Correctional Center was rejected by a regional court Friday and he is set to make another attempt with the country’s apex court Monday.
