Audi South Africa confirmed its future product plans to local media this week, with new products due across the spectrum, from hatchbacks to sedans, SUVs and an electric surprise or two.

Sadly, the new Q4 models are not destined for South Africa at this stage, according to our contacts at Audi SA, although local buyers can at least look forward to the larger e-tron SUV.

Audi has set its electrification plans for South Africa in motion by announcing a line-up of six e-tron models confirmed from early next year.

For luxury SUVs, it included German brands Mercedes Benz, Audi, and BMW, while also including Lexus, Land Rover, and Range Rover. All vehicles range between R1.35 million and R1.5 million.
