Benjamin Scott Art, 42, was charged with murdering Annette Kiss at a Clements St home in Russell Lea on Thursday, in scenes one officer said were “among the worst” he had seen.

Benjamin Scott Art, who is accused of murdering his housemate on Thursday, allegedly used the weapons to stab the 53-year-old, according to the Daily Telegraph.

Police confirmed on Friday Benjamin Scott Art, 42, was charged with murder after the body of Annette Kiss was found at a home on Clements St in Russell Lea about 11am on Thursday morning.

Police allege Benjamin Scott Art, 42, stabbed his housemate Annette Kiss to death at a home on Clements St in Russell Lea between 11am and 11.10am on Thursday.

Benjamin Scott Art, 42, was arrested at the scene and subsequently charged with murder. Mr Art did not appear in Parramatta Local Court when his murder charge was mentioned for the first time.
