Brad Marchand wasted no time in firing back when asked about the report and emphatically denied any rift between him and David Pastrnak.

This morning a Boston-based radio host shared his opinion on what he thought was wrong with the Boston Bruins. Rich Keefe, co-host of Jones & Keefe, is in hot water with the organization and the players after he did more than suggest that there may be an issue between David Pastrnak and captain Brad Marchand.

The Bruins didn’t need any of this during an already trying season. On Friday, WEEI’s Rich Keefe reported the team’s two biggest stars, David Pastrnak and Brad Marchand, are beefing — a storyline both players quickly denied.

For now, the Bruins seem content on spinning their wheels in hopes of a mid-season spark from a roster already running on fumes.
