According to USA Today, Burger King started offering deals a few days ahead of National Hamburger Day, giving free perks to members of its free "Royal Perks" rewards program.

In fact, Americans each year consume about 50 billion burgers each year, according to All About Burgers. That's about half of the 100 billion eaten throughout the world.

In addition to the usual suspects, this spot sports a wild game burger menu and more than 30 flavors of Blue Bell.
